Shipping Policy

We ship across the United States to all states where THCA is legal and where we currently permit delivery.

We use discreet and secure packaging to help ensure that every order arrives safely at the customer’s door.

All orders are shipped within 3–7 business days after the order is placed, regardless of the shipping method purchased.

During sales and new product releases, increased order volume may add up to seven additional business days to the standard processing time.

If there is an issue with your order, email us at support@zourpop.com, and we will work to resolve it.

Products are shipped in compliance with applicable hemp laws and include access to a Certificate of Analysis showing that the products contained in the shipment have less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC and comply with applicable state and federal hemp laws.

Shipping is only available in states and jurisdictions where THCA is legal and where Zour Pop currently permits delivery.

STANDARD SHIPPING

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a USPS tracking number.

GUARANTEED DELIVERY

For our U.S. customers, we offer “Guaranteed Delivery” for an additional fee.

Guaranteed Delivery includes:

• Tracked package
• Signature confirmation
• Second delivery following eligible failed deliveries*

You may file a claim by emailing support@zourpop.com with your order number if your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it.

*If Zour Pop determines that delivery failed due to an issue that was not caused by the customer, Zour Pop will send a second package.

WE SHIP TO MOST LEGAL STATES

We try our best to ship to all states where THCA is legal. However, Zour Pop may choose not to ship its products to certain states, even where THCA may otherwise be considered legal.
